I am a hands-on Creative Director with fifteen years of high-level commercial experience and a track record for excellence across design, strategy and management.

Since achieving a First from Central St Martins in 2008, my career has offered me the opportunity of working closely with some of the most exciting founder-led brands of the past decade, amidst periods of enormous change and growth.

Along the way, I have become a powerful advocate of the importance of unique brand building and resonant storytelling and I have seen the impact that good design can have on a business evolving from start-up to scale-up.

Today, I specialise in driving the growth of small to medium brands through commercial brand positioning, bold visual identity, building or upgrading their creative team, processes and output.

As a leader, whether working remotely or in the office, I pride myself on nurturing and empowering all members of the team. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing potential revealed, talent released and brands claiming their place in the public imagination.
